Across his career, Gilles has led significant M&A initiatives for international industrial groups, spearheading operational due diligence and post-merger integration programmes that strengthened market position and accelerated growth across Europe.

He has played a pivotal role in several successful private-equity exits, completing multiple MBOs and scaling industrial businesses in high-growth markets. One of these platforms tripled both revenue and EBITDA under his operational leadership, becoming a global leader in its category.

Most recently, Gilles led the post-administration recovery and integration of a multi-company industrial group, consolidating four businesses into a single scalable operating platform — rebuilding safety, stability, and operational delivery while preparing the organisation for its next phase of growth and exit.
